Papers should not exceed 10 pages (i.e. 10 LNCS formatted pages). Paper submission in LNCS format (http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html) would be highly appreciated. Submitted papers will be carefully evaluated based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of exposition.
