The BioLINK Text Data Mining SIG will take place from 9:00- 17:30 on
July 29, 2004 (http://www.iscb.org/ismbeccb2004/)

This year, the BioLINK SIG meeting will focus on resources and tools for
text mining, with special emphasis on the evaluation of these tools.  We
have invited speakers in the following areas:

-The recent BioCreAtIvE evaluation (Critical Assessment of Information
Extraction in Biology)

We are now actively soliciting submissions related to resources, tools
and evaluations from members of the text data mining community. 


If you are interested in presenting a paper on text mining for biology,
particularly focused on resources, tools or evaluation, please send a
2-4 page abstract by May 3 to:
