XV SEPLN CONGRESS Sociedad Espanola para el Procesamiento del Lenguaje Natural September, 8, 9 and 10, 1999 Universitat de Lleida (Spain) http://www.udl.es/dept/dal/sepln/ The XV SEPLN Congress is organized by the Spanish Society for Natural Language Processing. The congress focuses on general aspects of NLP and this year, more specifically on information retrieval and information extraction. The aim of the congress is to bring together researches working in the field of computational linguistics, thus providing them with the opportunity to communicate results and exchange information. It also provides them with the possibility to interchange opinions about future guidelines of basic research and of applications foreseen by experts. Submission Information: ---------------------- - 3 copies of each paper should be sent to the area coordinator. - The name of the author and contact address must be enclosed on a separate sheet. - The thematic area which the paper is ascribed to must be stated. - References to other articles by the author or his/her work group should be omitted. - Maximum length is 3.500 words, including the abstract that must not exceed 150 words. - A copy of the evaluation will be sent to the authors by e-mail. - The accepted papers must conform to the style sheet provided on the congress web page (http://www.udl.es/dept/dal/sepln/).
