The Enhanced Query Terms window is used to: o Display candidate query terms o Mark candidate terms for addition to the query or not o Add the marked candidate terms to the query o Cancel the addition of the candidate terms to the query When the window appears, candidate query terms are listed in order of importance with the most important at the top. Term groups: Where multiple terms will all be normalized (e.g. stemmed) to the same form, the group of terms is listed in one area with the individual terms separated by commas. Positive/Negative terms: Each term or term group is preceded by a "+" or "-" to indicate its effect on the ranking of documents containing it. + indicates that documents containing this term will be PROMOTED in the search result set ranking. - indicates that documents containing this term will be DEMOTED in the search result set ranking. To mark or unmark a candidate term: Click on the "check" button to the left of the term. The zclient clears an existing check mark, or if none exists, adds one to the box. To add the marked terms to the query: Click on the "Add terms to query" button. The zclient adds the marked query terms to the query and closes the Query Terms window is closed. To cancel the addition of the candidate terms to the query: Click on the "Cancel" button. The zclient closes the Enhanced Query Terms window. The query remains as is.
